MARS was formed in 1987 as an automotive chemical supply company. Ten years later the company branched out and began its own Mobile Service business in north central Texas. MARS learned the business “from the ground up” and discovered that the key to success was making multiple services available to the customer. Through innovation and development MARS has expanded the number of appearance reconditioning services we offer from five to thirty-three.

In 1998, MARS International, Inc. began to actively recruit people to join the MARS Organization. Since that time, we have trained hundreds of individuals who have applied the MARS business model and achieved personal success. We are represented in more than 200 markets all over America. We are proud to be recognized by the Texas Workforce Commission as a State approved Career School known as the MARS International Training Institute. 

MARS grew to become a national leader in the cosmetic appearance reconditioning business, and was  ranked by Entrepreneur magazine as the #1 business in our segment.

In early 2009 after exploring several options for the future leadership of the company, Jayson Jones purchased the assets of MARS International and founded an new corporate entity, Global MARS.  Over the past two decades, Jayson has served in almost every department in MARS International including a six year term as President/CEO.  Jayson feels he is uniquely qualified to provide the  executive leadership that is essential in meeting the challenges of our constantly changing global economy.
